The North American Region of the World Union of Catholic Women's Organisations (WUCWO) is made up of two countries: Canada and the United States of America. There are two member organizations from Canada: The Catholic Women's League of Canada (joined WUCWO in 1921) and the Ukrainian Catholic Women's League of Canada (joined WUCWO in 1957). The United States of America has two member organizations: The National Council of Catholic Women (joined WUCWO in 1921) and the Knights of Peter Claver Ladies Auxiliary (joined WUCWO in 2014). The National Council of Catholic Women in the USA has a group that is independently incorporated called the Friends of NCCW for WUCWO that exists to support the programs and projects of the World Union of Catholic Women's Organisations and the North America Region. In 2022, The Friends sent their WUCWO Endowment Fund to Canada to be combined with the Endowment Fund registered in that country for the support of WUCWO.
